Customize the Windows Logon and Security Dialog Title (Windows NT/2000/XP)

This setting allows you to add additional text to the title of the standard Windows Logon and Windows Security dialog boxes.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new String value, or modify the existing value called 'Welcome' using the settings below.

Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
